Clear guidelines on how we handle subscription cancellations, refunds, and service credits for Ximple.

Our approach to cancellations

Ximple subscriptions can be canceled anytime from your billing settings. Monthly plans remain active through the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued for monthly terms.

Annual plans: if you cancel within 15 days of the charge, you may request a prorated refund of the unused period. After 15 days, the plan remains active for the purchased term and will not renew at the next cycle.

Trials end automatically at their stated duration. If you do not wish to continue, cancel before the trial converts to a paid plan.

For SLA-impacting incidents on eligible plans, service credits may be issued per your contract. Credits are not cash refunds and apply to future invoices.

If you believe you were billed in error or need special consideration, contact support@ximple.in within 15 days of the charge; we’ll review promptly.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method and typically settle within 5–10 business days.
