How we deliver software & communications

All Ximple products are delivered digitally. Account activations, workspace provisioning, and invoices are sent to your registered email. Production deployments follow your chosen rollout window and are coordinated with your admins.

Standard provisioning: within 1 business day for paid plans, within minutes for free trials. Enterprise rollouts may include staged environments (sandbox → pilot → production) with mutually agreed timelines.

Service notifications (SLA updates, maintenance windows, incident notices) are delivered via email and in-app notifications. Please keep your admin contacts up to date to avoid delivery delays.
