Our approach to terms

We keep terms readable and pragmatic—focused on how you use Ximple, how we protect your data, and how we provide service. Please review these before using the product.

Using Ximple

  • You must be 18+ (or the age of majority in your region) and provide accurate account details.
  • Keep credentials confidential; activity under your account is your responsibility.
  • No unlawful, harmful, or abusive use; no reverse engineering or misuse of APIs.

Subscriptions & billing

  • Plans renew per their billing cycle until canceled. Monthly plans are non-refundable mid-cycle; annual plans follow the refund terms in our cancellation policy.
  • Taxes may apply based on your location. Invoices and receipts are delivered digitally.
  • We may adjust pricing with notice; changes take effect on the next billing cycle.

Data & privacy

  • You own your content. We process it to deliver the service, secure accounts, and improve reliability.
  • We do not sell data or use it for advertising. See our Privacy Policy for details.
  • You can request export or deletion subject to legal retention requirements.

Availability & support

  • We target high availability with planned maintenance windows communicated in advance.
  • Incident updates are shared via email or in-app notifications; SLA credits follow your plan terms where applicable.
  • Support is available via email; response targets are listed on the help page and pricing tiers.

Intellectual property

  • Ximple retains IP in the platform, code, and brand assets. You receive a right to use per your subscription.
  • Do not remove or obscure proprietary notices. Respect third-party licenses bundled with the service.

Termination

  • You may cancel anytime; access continues through the paid term unless otherwise stated.
  • We may suspend or terminate for material breaches, abuse, or non-payment, with notice where feasible.

Liability

  • The service is provided “as is”; to the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 3 months.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the service.

Governing law

  • These terms are governed by applicable Indian law, unless a different jurisdiction is required by local regulation.
  • Disputes will seek amicable resolution first; otherwise, venue follows applicable law.

Fair use

Access for lawful purposes; protect credentials and respect rate limits.

Data ownership

Your data stays yours. We process it to provide and improve the service.

Uptime focus

We aim for high availability with clear maintenance and incident notices.
